DISK-JOCKEY
CONTRACT

Monterey
disk-jockey agrees to provide; background music from the
first guest’s arrival, microphones for welcomes,
prayers, toasts, and speeches. Dance music for a 4 hour
period.
We
will contact you 2 weeks prior the event for all final
details.
The
disk-jockey has the discretion to cater the music to
the audience. Requests are not guaranteed. This includes,
but not limited to, music selection, equipment, and
specific personnel.
Payment
in full is required if the event is canceled with less
then 30 days written notice.
The
obligation of the Monterey disk jockey, under the agreement
may be void where act of God, order of public authority,
vandalism or other conditions beyond normal control,
accident, illness, renders such an event unsafe, unlawful
or impossible. Liability for failure to perform any
portion of this agreement is limited to the face value
of this contract. This contract contains the entire
agreement between the parties and there are no other
promises or conditions in any other agreement whether
written or oral.
The
function will be guaranteed as reserved upon receipt
of one copy of this contract signed by the appropriate
party and a non-efundable/non-transferable reservation
fee of $100.00, within 7 business days of the date of
this contract. The reservation fee will be applied to
the balance. The balance of $795.00 is due the Saturday
before the event.
